Bajra Atta

Bajra atta is a cold-pressed flour made from finger millets obtained from farms in Rajasthan. It is an excellent source of iron, protein, folic acid, and fibre. The high fibre content also aids digestion and promotes gut health. It can be used to prepare delicacies like khichdi, churma, stuffed bajra paratha dn bhakri pizza. It is available in a 500 g pack.
